- We accept exchanges only in the case of defects. Defects can be prooven by:

- No exchange or return for the custom stitched or custom made item.
- The postage expense for the return of the item will be done by the buyer. Only after receiving and checking the condition of the returned item, the exchange item will be couriered back.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer shall be responsible for any loss in value.
- The exchanged item will shipped by Air Mail India. It takes 2-3 weeks of delivery time.
