Care instructions
Most of our designs are of heavy embroidery and pure fabric, so we would suggest Dry Cleaning only. Do not Iron directly on top of Embroidery.
In Case of exchanges, What is the company Policy?
We accept exchanges only in the case of defects. Defects can be prooven by:
1. Opening parcel videos
2. Pictures of the items.
No exchange or return for the custom stitched or custom made item.
The postage expense for the return of the item will be done by the buyer. Only after receiving and checking the condition of the returned item, the exchange item will be couriered back. The exchanged item will shipped by Air Mail India. It takes 2-3 weeks of delivery time.
